Bring back channel 194 on my subscription

I'm sick and tired of dstv its been a month with no channel 194 on my subscription. I'm missing out on my favorite show of which i pay a full subscription amount for. Can something be done for me pls coz I'm tired of calling and being told its an issue caused by loadshedding imagine. I'm so furious.
