Bridge of contract and pathetic service

i have never ever seen such terrible service in my life , i have app**** for a DStv explora with installation on price lock and i was told that it covers full installation and my montly fee will be R649 a month. the courier that delivered the package only delivered a decoder and a wificon nothing more. i was then told that i need a voucher to get the installers to install, i told them that these mentioned above were the only items that was delivered. i then went to chat online with Litha you is managed by Mpho Leimela and Nohlanhla Sibanda. the Girl did not know her product ,gave me incorrect information and also closed the chat while were still chating. i just want to know cancel the service as the consultant that made the application advised that the pacake comes with installation
