Breakdown in Service
Every Monday evening we have a family evening watching SABC3, Survivor or Amazing Race. It fails me to understand why at exactly 9PM every Monday night our DSTV decoder switches off and resets itself. This causes us to miss at least 10 minutes of the programme. It is not only our area in Lambton, Germiston but Edenvale too as my mother watches the same programme and this happens to her too. She has called Multichoice on many occasions and is told to have her decoder checked. It cannot be the decoder because this happens only on Monday evenings at 9pm and is her and my decoder faulty? I don't think so. Is Multichoice doing this on purpose as we have the old PVR decoders and the not the Explorer? Please investigate as to why this happening as this is very annoying and we are after all paying for a service. This has been happening for weeks already.

It is possible that there's signal interference in the mentioned areas. At present, we are not aware of any interference. However, we recommend that you notify the agency in 50 Voortrekker street in Alberton or any other agency. This will allow them to investigate the matter at the mentioned time.
