Breach of contract-unfair practice&bullying

If I pick a 2kg sugar and pay for it and the shop owner then forcibly charges me for a 5kg that I don't want, that I am not aware of and that I did not ask for, and then demands payment and takes away the 2 kg I paid for,- this is idiotic and is unfair practice by bullying by the shop owner. I subscribe for a R99 DSTV Access Package but Multichoice REPEATEDLY upgrades it to the Compact R319 package without my consent, authorisation and knowledge and then they suspend services and demand payment for a package that I don't subscribe. I have emailed them and called them several times (at my own cost even though its their errors) and they fixed it in the past (13 June) BUT THE PROBLEM IS FOR EVER RECURRING. Service suspended again.

1. Why is the upgrade continuously done without my knowledge and authorisation? I never requested for it?
2. Why must I pay for something I did not ask for yet I have repeatedly called Multichoice to keep the DSTV package at R99 and nothing more
3. Why are their systems and processes so sick and backward to keep repeating the same errors? Its an organisation never learns

Its unfair practice, wrong attitude toward customers and an uncaring approach
