Breach of Contract,******* termination of service
I recently upgraded my decoder to a high definition decoder.<br> As a result of this I had to phone the call centre and they then supposedly simply changed the decoder number plus card. I was told that was all there is to it, I can now continue as normal. This was done on about the 3rd of March. My payment was made on the 28/2/2016.Because the reference number was made on the old decoder reference number Multichoice now refuses to accept it and insists that I should provide proof of payment. I did this previously and the operator confirmed that the payment was made.It only lasted a week or two.You clearly have some type of mix up on your profiles but arrogantly insist that proof must again be made. I do have time to continually run around trying doing your work for you or spending hours on the line. Do your own work please. I have paid for the service and have a right to accept a minimum standard of service. This includes minimum admin capabilities. You may believe that you can simply impose your right by the discontinuing of service. This is completely *******, as I have not broken any agreement. How are you going to rectify this?
