BREACH OF CONTRACT

For the last two months we have had problems with sound loss on our analogue system

We have reported this on numerous occasions to the call centres as well as numerous occasions walk in to the multichoice offices in Umhlanga Rocks Durban. The decoder has been replaced 3 times already but this did not fix the issue as we were advised by multichoice ,that they were having technical issues. Our decoder currently shows an "E0 Error".

When have now been without any decoder service for 3 weeks and no technician has come on site - as was promised by the Extreme Ops supervisor (Thami) on (21/12/2016). Thami informed us that we could expect the Technician to visit us the following day.

We are forced to pay for the 'service' we are not receiving. This is not acceptable and there is clearly a lack of customer service.

We request that this gets priority attention and that a refund is given for the period of time we have not been able to use the decoder.

Your slogan is "feel every moment". Well you have achieved that, as we are feeling highly frustrated and let down. Well done guys!!!

Awaiting your response.

Yours truly,
Disgruntled Subscriber
