Breach of Contract

I renewed my fixed contract with DSTV in September last year with a price lock of R719 for 24 months and now it has been breached. From April and May 2025, they have been over charging me, and I have been calling them to resolved this to no vain and I have not upgraded anything on my package is still the same package that I have been using all along. They put me on hold while pretending they are assisting me and the line just goes off, I have been waiting for my reference number for my query from two different supervisors ( Nomvoyo Masum I forgot the other one, but I spoke to her yesterday). I want this query to be resolved this month ASAP and be credited for the two months were they over charged. I have not reached the stage where I want my contract to be cancelled since there is a breach from there side but I’m getting there slowly….!!!
