breach of contract

My decorder was recently broken due to hard wearher. We do not have a dstv office in kuruman i phone dstv inform them on the 14/03/2018 but had no response back from them.i took my decorder to their springbok office where it was tested and the lady give me an "",old s**** decorder"""after paying insurace for a life time.i complain their are manager said that my specific decorder is not made any more but no worries i will receive an explorer and they will come to install it as well this was 26/03/2018.i waited and waited nothing send a lot of emails but with no luck........on the 16/04/2018 for the first kevin van wyk phone me just to tell that my emails subject line is incorrect and that was the reason my complain wasnt dealt.i recend again and phone but still nothing.on the 23/04/2018 kenalwe mogowa phone promised that the decorder was booked out and send up until today.i phone hettie mofikeng on the 3/5/2018 who did not even boder to contact me back....I PAY BUT NO SERVICE
