I had to make TEN calls yesterday from my cellphone at an absurd amount of R2.58 per minute just to reactivate my account , It should have been a first call resolution if you had competent staff equiped with the knowledge to assist me.

By my tenth call I was irate and asked to speak to a manager , I was given Brandon...rude , obnoxious , sarcastic snob of a person with no communication s****s! He as a manager should have understood that I was obviously Irate and not shouting at him but Instead he took it personal and started screaming and speaking over me , that made me even more infuriated that he wouldnt give me a chance to even explain myself !!!and he dropped the call!

I WANT THAT CALL TRACED AND LISTENED TO BY SOMEBODY WITH AUTHORITY , AND NECESSSARY ACTION TAKEN AGAINST HIM.
