Boxoffice unuser friendly the self service
<p>Wanting to top up my box office account to download a movie for the evening and was referred to this Pay u application but only accept credit card which I the client do not have and not able to do an EFT into my box office account.</p> <p>So it really makes me think why must keep DSTV if they don't cater for my needs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr Robertson</p>

We sorry to hear of the disappointment you have experienced with BoxOffice self-service.
PayU is not the only method of payment for BoxOffice accounts. Your BoxOffice Account is just like a wallet. You can pre-pay funds into your account and use your account until your balance runs out. You can pre-pay your account at your nearest Multichoice service centres or Agencies alternatively you can also pre-pay via EFT by selecting the recipient as DStv Box-Office and use your DStv customer number as reference.
Further if you are an existing debit order customer with DStv and you pay your DStv subscription via debit order, you can make use of the same facility to pay for your BoxOffice movies. We will debit your bank account on the same day as your DStv Subscription. This is by far the most convenient way to pay for BoxOffice movies as you never have to set a reminder to pay your account, and you know exactly when the money will be deducted from your account.
