BoxOffice Titles?

We have a HD PVR 2P decoder on Premium and tried renting a movie (Lego Batman) via BoxOffice over the weekend. Before we did, we checked the BoxOffice website on our way home (via smartphone) to see if the movie was available "on PVR" on BoxOffice - to save us time from having to stop at a DVD rental store on the way - and the website indicated it was.

At home, we did the usual to access the movie, but it did not show up in the list of movies on the PVR. I started a live chat with a consultant online (took about 15 minutes to respond), only to be told that "due to space", the HD PVR decoder cannot show all movies as on the website, only the Explora can. I remarked that, as per the Website, no explanation of sorts or any differentiation was given between a HD PVR or an Explora, following which the consultant ended the conversation without giving me any clarification!

I tried starting up another conversation. This time it took ONE HOUR of waiting before the live chat started. I was AGAIN cut off after one minute even before I could post my question. It seems these BoxOffice consultants have no training in customer etiquette.

So, now I still have no real explanation as to (1) why I cannot access all the movies advertised as "available on PVR" on my HD PVR, (2) if there is a difference in what is available for the HD PVR and the Explora, (3) if true why this is, and, most importantly, (4) why this so-called "difference" is not indicated or clarified ANYWHERE on the BoxOffice portal. Surely, if this was the case, there should be a clear distinction between what is available for viewing on the HD PVR, vs what is available for the Explora?

In the end we missed out on Lego Batman that evening, and rented it the next day from a DVD store (for R8 cheaper than the BoxOffice rate, too, might I add...). Your loss, BoxOffice.

Best regards,
Good day Andre
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced in this regard.
We tried to contact you without any success.
The space on the decoders is one of the reasons why you will find that a movie is available online and on the Explora decoder and not on your HD decoder. One of the other reasons may be technical problem during the downloading of the content on your decoder resulting in the movie not been available as advertised on our website.
We can confirm that the Lego Batman movie is now available to rent on your PVR decoder. Should the problem persist, please advise us by return mail and we will assist you accordingly.
Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced in this regard.
Kind regards
Rupert

Best regards,
Good day Rupert,
Thank you for the reply.
From your explanation, it seems that, due to space constraints, some movies are only available for rent via the HD PVR decoder at some time after it has been advertised as "Available on your PVR" on the Website. Without an explanation of sorts ON YOUR WEBSITE, it creates confusion and is congruent to false advertising.
Please have your IT Department update the BoxOffice Website (at least the FAQs) to EXPLAIN the issue, so that people are aware of this. First prize would be to amend the Website so that the "Movies" tab at the top shows three options: "Available Online", "Available on your Explora", and then "Available on other PVRs". The content displayed should be commensurate with what is selected, and should emulate what is shown on the actual PVR via the PVRs BoxOffice interface.
Sincerely,
Andre Meredith
