Boxoffice takes same time as trip to Cape town and back
<p>On the 23rd I contacted DSTV at around 15h30 after i took out a movie. Recieved a sms and message flickering but movie still showed "rent now". to half an hour on the phone, wasting my time and money, i then asked the consultant to get a supervisor to contact me. </p> <p>I phoned again at 17h58 after no one called me, again my time my money wasted. </p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to a supervisor called Temba. extremely nice guy that contacted me back until 20h00 but no help. </p> <p> </p> <p>He said that someone from IT will contact me. Its now the 27th and no call. </p> <p> </p> <p>Something that should have taken 5min. now a 5day proccess of no help what so ever. </p> <p> </p> <p>Entire waste of time and money with no smile at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please sort this out???</p>

Unacceptable, I HAVE MY PHONE WITH ME !!!! There is a problem on YOUR side with renting. I have over 10 messages on my side from when your team tried to send the Movie to me without success.
I even had to try and rent a movie i didnt want just so that you guys can test to see if it comes through. WASTED my call time.
Wow refunded a Movie i couldnt even watch or refunded me a movie you guys advised me to rent to test, REALLY???????????????????????????????????????????????????

Tried last night to rent a movie again as you advised and still no movie. Wish i could move the ratings to a negative, Since saturday no call or email from anyone at DSTV ??????
