BoxOffice Mystery

On the 14th of Oct 2015, Supremacy was added on my BoxOffice \available movies". However the weird thing is that it showed 16th of Oct 2015 as its expiry date. Seeing this didn't make any sense l went onto the BoxOffice site and saw that the movie was actually expiring on the 30th of Oct 2015! So l called the call centre and spoke to a lady by the name Yolanda (got conversation recording!). I explained everything to her and she just could not help me except to say she had taken a note and forwarded query to another team and further advised me to call back today should the movie not be available any more. Well the movie is not available anymore and just the thought of calling *** once again when l was told that there was not much those guys could do is very depressing. I truly deserve better service guys"
