I rented a movie yesterday paid the first time it never appeared. Called the call center, I was told the money will be reversed, it will take 7-14 days and the movie is not showing because I used a cell number that is not registered to the account. Rented the movie using the registered number guess what I'm still waiting for it till today. I have spend R80 for one movie, I didn't get and spend more than R80 to call the useless call center again today.Please just refund that money because even your call center agents don't know what they are doing.Im done with BoxOffice.
