Box Office,What box office?

<p>I would like to share my very bad experience with Box Office.Once though, by myself, as the most inovative entertainment ad on, Multichoice ever attempted.As so many times before Movies was bought for a R140-00 and loaded onto my Box office account and today, this Sunday, kids and all, we are going to whatch some movies.To our horror, the account was in a red and we suddenly owe Box office.After being on the phone with a Multi choice agent,Oscar for 1 hour and yes1 hour,for my account offcourse,I was told that the payment was not paid from Pay u to MultiChoice and my fight is now with Pay u.All this after I have mailed a proof from the bank.So in short.I have proof and paid Boxoffice R140-00.Multichoice uses Pay u for these online security transsactions.I have proof to MultiChoice I paid.NOW I HAVE TO CALL PAY U.HOW DOES IT WORK THAT I HAVE TO SORT OUT PAY U.????????????This is even more worrying that this is not the first time this has happened.Using a Credit card is even worse,you pay for a movie and more than less u just dont get to watch it.Come on MultiChoice .You cant expect people to pay close to a thousand Rand a month for the best intertainment in Africa and u cant get this right. What is the road forward please???????????</p>
