Box office taking my money

I have contacted dstv on the 4th of June regarding box office that takes my money but no movie shows, I even gave them the reference number of the transaction, I was told that they will contact me within the next 24hrs. I am sorry to say it has been more than a week, nobody has contacted me. This is also not the first time this has happenesd to me!
