Box Office Shambles

Box Office is unreliable. I tried to rent a movie repeatedly over the weekend without success. Not only was I unable to rent the movie due to technical problems DStv was experiencing on their end, I was charged repeatedly for it. Getting the charges reversed has been an adventure, poor service from DStv, the representatives just pay lip service to customer concerns.
