Box Office - Pay for no movie

Rented a movie on Tuesday evening and it gave error 3006. Loaded a query online only to get a response that e-mail not delivered. Tried another e-mail and then was told after another 24 hours wait that I need to use Live chat.Gus what,Live chat not working as no consultant available. I have spend R40, no movie and it is expiring today. Time to let go of my Showmax account as well as this is type of service cannot be tolerated. Rather use Black Tv,Google Movies and Vodacom Video play. it actually works.
