Box office - paid but movies not available

<p>Not again!! I paid to watch a movie on box office last month, money was deducted from my account and I received an SMS that my movie will be available but they never sent the movie. I called DSTV box office but never got refunded. Now today the same , money deducted got message that my movie will be ready in 5 minutes but 3 hours on the movie still not available. Calling DSTV ends up costing me more than what am paying for the movies . </p>

Thanks, Someone from the call center called this afternoon to rectify this. He told me that I will get my money back and the movie will be available after I reboot my decorder. I have done everything but am still getting this message .....BoxOffice: Your initial BoxOffice rental request was unsuccessful, so we have resent the movie to you. Enjoy your movie......And no refund yet!
