Box office on DSTV explora

<p>I recently upgraded to an Explora - what a mistake - I have been battling for the last 2 weeks to watch movies on box office.the titles of the movies down load but when I try to rent the movie I receive an sms saying that the movie has been rented successfully and my R35 is taken but I am unable to watch the movie. an installer has checked my installation and it is 100%. i have swopped decoders and smart LNB but still no joy. I have spent huge amounts on phone calls to their help centre without any luck. the service and backup that I have received from multi choice is pathetic.</p>
