Box office not working, no assistance
On aturday I tried to rent movies on box office with the credit card option. I keep getting a sms stating insufficient funds in my box office account but I chose the credit card option. I contacted DTSV and was informed that the problem will be escalated and will be repaired within 24hours. I tried to go the other route and pay money over to my box office account but the website did not want to work either. After 24 hours it was still not working. I phoned in and asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that he is too busy to talk to me, he would phone me back. I asked for a name of the person that was going to phone me back and was informed that it was Thuli Dube. 3 hours later and he hasnt phoned me back and I can still not rent movies from box office. This is pathetic service from such a big organisation. What a disappointment!
