Box office not working
Good day
I have spoken to 4 agents and to date my Box Office is not working. No trailer movies play or does it give you the option to rent. I don’t know how many times have I done troubleshooting with your *********** staff. I have even tried via chat,,, One agent even told me that I need to register, as I don’t have an account .. Every time when I call they re escalated the query to the technical department. Can someone take ownership and resolve this matter urgently!!!!!
