Box office not working correctly and taking my money!

I have rented multiple times on Box office, each time I get an sms telling me to get my popcorn ready, only to wait for nothing to happen, the R40 gets charged to my account, I have phoned the call entre multiple times, to no prevail, one time the assistent gave me a email adres to contact, to say the least, it was not connected to Dstv or Multichoice whatsoever! I don't know what is happening to dstv lately, prices go up, content gets fewer and the simplest of tasks like boxoffice wich you pay for extra cannot be viewed! Totally disgusted to say the least!
