Box office not available in my region all of a sudden

Can someone please help resolve this, its almost a month now with this issue. Several calls to the call centre yielded no results (the agents admit to not knowing what the issue is) except for my time wasted and money used for the calls. This account is payed monthly and we expect to use all the features available. Your urgent resolution will be highly appreciated.
