Box Office Non-functioning
Our DSTV PVR premium package was installed in May 2015. Ever since installation I have been unable to rent a movie on Box Office, receiving the sms 'this smartcard is not registered for Box Office' when I submit the movie rental number. I have called the call centre and reported this problem multiple times to Multichoice with no response.
