Box Office movie rented, but doesn't become available to watch

On Friday evening, I rented Raya on Box Office for my kids to enjoy, I selected DSTV account as payment method and got the confirmation SMS that the movie has been successfully rented, but till today, it still does not show on my Box Office as rented.

The call centre is also not very helpful and the social team on FB also not helpful at all.

I either want a movie credit on my account or this movie made available so that my kids can enjoy it. If this is not resolved, I will cancel my DSTV premium package with immediate effect
