Box Office movie never delivered

On the 6th of March 2021 around 19:30 we rent a movie from Box Office which was never delivered. We tried resolving the issue via dstv's app and whatsapp with no success and as a last resort asked for help on their Facebook page where we were informed that the transaction had been successful on their end and that we need to restart/reboot our decoder. Did everything as adviced twice but still no movie. At around 23:00 we decided to quit hoping that the movie might be available in the morning, but no luck. When we view our Rental History on the decoder there are four different codes given for the same movie and shockingly the full rental amount had been billed to our account. This is disappointing to say the very least, what was suppost to be a fun night -- the first treat we could give ourselves in a long time -- turned into a huge let down. Not saying this to sound threatening or spiteful, but there is no way I'll ever rent from Box Office again. This also serves as one more reson (which there are many of) to cancel DSTV.
