Box office movie

Good morning.Nonhlanhla Mzinyane DSTV costumer number: ***1.I just rented a movie on box office the title of the movie is Encanto. An amount of R40 has been deducted from my account but we can not watch the movie. I called them and ran out of airtime none of the agents had a courtesy to call me back to fix the matter from their side all the want is money going through their account but not looking after their costumers. I demand my fee to be revised back to my account my money did not serve it's purpose
