Box Office Money Sceme

I was away on a business trip. So my kids called me to ask for permission to download a box office movie. They selected the movie and of cause it gives you a massive long number on the display and a number to where you must SMS it. They give me the number and I SMS it and they Told me the movie is active. I left is there to continue with my business. When I came back from business the kids inform me the movie was black view and they could not see anything. They did not ask know about expire date and thing like that. I called the Call Centre and spoke to an agent that tell me the movie had expired and if I want to see it again I must wait for popularity request they will add it again and then I can rent it again. My argument is I paid for something I did not received. They just tell me that there is nothing they can do about it, because it was downloaded to the decoder and it expired 48hr. Sorry for you. You feel like you ****med by MultiChoice. How many people does this happened to. I am also considering doing that. People at my work mentioned other problem with Box Office. No Wonder people is going over to NETFLIX. Cheaper and not problems. Service suck!!!
