BOX OFFICE FOR NEW PREMIUM SUBSCRIBERS
My husband and I took over my mother's DSTV account. My mother has been with MNET / MULTICHOICE since the first month they started. All we are trying desperately to do is hire a movie on boxoffice. It was told to us it takes 24 hours to activate. It has been well over 6 WEEKS and we received a call saying it is active. I went to hire a movie now it says the sim card is not registered. We have registered all the sim cards, approved the users and STILL nothing. I am so angry I want to cancel the whole subscription. A simple thing can be such a hassle. Comon really.
