Box Office fiasco

Called the Box Office call centre on 24th December 2016 to query a double deduction on my card for a movie that never downloaded. They investigated and said they would credit my Box Office account with R35. I tried a little later that evening to watch a movie and there was no credit in the account. I called again and got an agent that was ill-informed about how things work (he kept me on the line for about 13 minutes and could still not fix the problem) and who made empty promises about calling me back with a resolution. Needes to say he never did.

In total, I spent more money on the phone calls to try and clear up the issue than the R35 movie - very very poor service and disapointing for my family who simply wanted to enjoy a movie togeter on Christmas eve.

Stuart
