Box office *******

I attempted to hire a movie on box office on the 6/5/2023 which wasn’t delivered, I then called the contact where one of your agents promised me it has been reversed. To my dismay I noticed not only the fee wasn’t reversed as promised, I was actually charged 3 times for the same movie on the same day (who rents the same movie 3 times in 1 day).

Upon realising this thieving act, I called the contact centre once again this evening, an agent introduced herself as Faith when she answered the call but later changed her name to Nombulelo when I asked for her full name together with her team leader’s name who was supposed to call me by 19:30 this evening. I am still waiting for (Faith) Nombulelo Nkoko and Bulelani Nqwelo to call me.

I am not going to pay this months subscription until they rectify the box office fee otherwise they can suspend/cancel my account for all I care.
