Box office
I hired a movie on the 6th, Pais with my credit card and never received the movie. I then preceeded to hire the movie but this time on my box office account, only to realize the money was taken off my card, so I paid twice for 1 movie. Sent in proof if payment and been waiting 2 weeks for my credit on my account, pathetic service.
