Box office account not credited

Good day

I deposited money on my DSTV box office account on the 12 /12/2018. On Monday the money did not reflect on my box office account. I called to find out what could be the problem. Since from the 12/12/2018 till today, i have been getting a different person telling me the same thing that they will send my proof of payment to the proof of payment department and they will follow up and call me back. Till today the money is not reflecting in my account and nobody has made the effort to contact me.
