Box Office Account

I've loaded money on my box office account. But when i rent a move i get an SMS that i have insufficient funds. I called DSTV *** on the 07 Ocober 2015 for assist the first consulted told me the money was loaded on the normal account. So, she'll transfer the money to the box office account. I've tried to rent again and i got the same error i called again. The second consulted told me the same story, and said the first consulted didn't get the approval from the supervisor i must just try again after 10 min. I tried for the third time i still get the same message and i called again. The third consulted told me the same story and that the money haven't been i approved by the supervisor. I told her the second consultant told me it was approved. She told me to hold on the line she'll speak to her suppevisor. I hold on the line until the automated voice started talking meaning she hang the phone on me her name is Mbali. Im really not happy with poor service. If your systems are not working i think it s important to advise clients that the systems i s not working instead of giving misleading information. Now i waisted my time and money just to rent a movie. I need to be reimbursed
