Ever since I have been renting movies on box office it would be available for 48 hrs.
However, on wednesday late afternoon I hired planet of the apes and the following day as I wanted to watch the movie it was not available for watch but required to rent again.
I just called multi choice to enquire on why it was available for a shorter period as usually because I basically rented for nothing.I spoke to Nyeleti Xulu and she advised that there's nothing she can do to assist.
I am not happy with this service ,I always rent and did not expect this at all.

I could not get hold of you today and discuss your query telephonically.
The account is manually adjusted and R35.00 is reversed in your BoxOffice account. Your preferred movie - War for the planet of Apes expires on 30 November 2017.
In future, please notify us within 48 hours for any BoxOffice queries to get assistance.
Furthermore, please reboot the decoder prior to renting the movie and check if you can access the movie. Reboot the decoder by pulling out the power cable for five seconds. When the cable is replaced, the decoder will start to scan and once done the picture should be restored.
Feel free to contact if you require any further assistance.
Best regards
Dinah
