We have 2 explorer's. We rented a movie and want to view it on both side. When we phoned them they said wehave to rent it again and pay twice. The 2 is linked. They say it stands in there t&c but it does not state there. They can only give a verbal t & c. They dont want to solve a problem. Phone calls lasted 2 hours.

When renting a movie it goes directly to the hard drive of that particular decoder. If you want to have the movie in both decoders you would need to rent on both decoders.
Furthermore, Xtraview is solely based on the one subscription that is charged on both decoders for content that is broadcast, anything in addition to that like BoxOffice is charged on its own merit.
