Bot controls DSTV - and does not understand humans

After bombing you for a year, you now backlash by not providing streaming....how many passwords and authenticity Pins must we receive. So, we get to speak to a "Bot" which doesn't know it's nose from it's ****hole in answering questions....does anyone still work there???
