The biggest bunch of clowns I have ever had to deal with!!!! By far my worst supplier by a long mile, even topping Eskom by far at this stage. If there was a Hello Paul I would be at this level of frustration now. I have now spoken to the call centre operator, The Supervisor, The Supervisors Supervisor, The person that responds to Hello Peter etc. Can any one tell me what the cricket score is please? So this morning I get up in the middle of the night to watch the cricket and guess what the Clowns have disconnected my services again after numerous promises that it would not happen until my annual billing problem is resolved and someone has come back to me. If only there was competition for DSTV if would be there like a flash. This abuse by DSTV is so bad that I am considering legal action. Imagine a Public company's service being worse than that of a Government institution like Eskom that is pathetic. So what is the cricket score now?
