It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced. Please accept our sincere apologies in this regard.
We understand that you may not be interested in all of our programs aired. We’ve taken this issue to heart and we’ve pledged to do something about it. While we can’t do away with all programs as it may be of interest to other viewers, we plan to cut down on the volume and introduce as much fresh content as possible.MultiChoice also engages in ongoing discussions with its channel suppliers in an attempt to introduce interesting shows/programs. There is also a limit on how much new content is produced every year.
We have however, escalated your review to our management for considerations in future business changes.
