My decoder died last year around may or so....insurance didn't want to help me Said I'm owing....so last Friday I bought a new decorder and now I owe insurance 300 something....how so? Cos ibought a new one and didn't wanna assist me when I needed them....doooo I want that amount to be removed on my account or I'm Calling ombudsman
