Boquet and brickbat for DSTV
Boquet to DSTV for phoning me 2 years ago offering to keep my monthly payment static without increase for 2 years provided I stay with DSTV .Accepted the offer. Brickbat to DSTV for not advising me in advance that my 2 years had ended and that my payment would increase by R150.00/month.As pensioner we have a tight monthly budget and need to readjust the budget to include changes .
