Bonus forced R1757.50

<p>On 28November2016 I paid R844.50 for December Compact bouquet, on 16 December 2016 I then requested my services to be upgraded only on PVR extra view to Premium and not a stand alone decoder. On 22 December I paid R 213.69 pro rata for upgrading before the first, then paid R913.50 on 24 December 2016 for January 2017 Premium bouquet. And the stand alone will be switched off today 31 December 2016, why then am I required to pay on the 1st January 2017 R843.99 ? That simply means I will be paying R1757.50 for January 2017, which simply amounts to paying someone's else bonus. Please adjust my account as it is fully paid and not overdue by any cent.</p>
