Bogus Subscription i never gave consent to ...

I downgraded my subscription because of financial strain but after realising my payments are not going down i checked why , only to find out Multi choice decided to add Disney + on my package without my consent i never signed up for Disney plus . since from march they have been debiting my account with disney Plus subscription that is R119 a month .. May i kindly request assurance that next billing i will not be charged R119 for something i never agreed to and that all subscription fees will be refunded back to me ... I could just imagine how many times we have been paying for things we never agreed to ... SHOCKING !!!!!! worse u say it was a mistake but you never bothered to rectify it and cancel because u kept on debiting my account ... FIX IT !!!!!!!!!!! Thank you to the consultant that helped me and advised me that it was actually Multi choice error thank you No please refund and fix it ....
