Bogus promotion and service

So DStv decides to play with our emotions, I got told I don't have to pay my monthly premium because I've been a good payer, only for them to switch it off. I called them to verify if I don't have to pay and they confirmed and now they giving me the run around. I have been calling them all day, only for them to give me different stories each time. I can't tolerate such bad service especially when I'm a paying customer
