Bofelo Shubema/Shobema terrible consultant

Just experienced the worst client service. The consultant asked us to find walk in centres ourselves as their system is unable to. This is after we paid on the 23rd but the line still got disconnected.

He initially sounded like her cared but after placing us on hold for a long time he had suggestions for walk in centres in Johannesburg even though we clearly experienced that we are based in Pretoria. When asked why that is they experienced that they don’t know other branches as they are not fami**** with Gauteng. What type of Mickey Mouse operation are you running there???
