Blood suckers Multi Choice insist on reconnecting me at the the package of their choice

I just spoke "Jianova" just now at DStv asking them to reconnect my service as agreed when I asked for my service to be disconnected because I didn't have a TV. Now they insist on reconnecting me at the package of their choice and not what I want. Really these blood suckers need a competition and a serious regulator. They should not be allowed to do as they please at an expense of ordinary citizens.
