Blocking viewing

Due to load shedding I have to watch the Tour de France on my laptop. The battery does not last that long, so I had to sign out and go over to a second laptop. It will not allow me to view on the second laptop, saying I can only be signed in on one device. I did sign out on the first device before signing on on the second device. I am furious because you are letting your customers down. I have now missed the rest of the race, a big part of that will probably not be included in the later broadcasts as that is only 2 hours long
