Blocking channels everyday - worst service ever!!!

For the past five days I have been calling these guys for the same thing, channels blocked (amount owing).

Everyday I call I get a new story, it's either that I'm owing or my funds were not allocated and they reconnect promising to allocate.

The very next morning I go through the very same process, I can't help but think of someone who is in the rural area having to stay in long calls daily that they pay for which some of the consultants put me on hold and never came back.

This service doesn't even deserve a single star.
