Blocked for no reason
I paid my subscription but they still blocked me..have been having a problem with my balance since last March and they refuse to correct it

07 Mar 2024, 08:35I called again and if its not Thobeka hanging up its Nelisiwe who clearly doesn't even know what she is doing...from last year march i have been struggling with this namola nonsense and have called countless times to cancel the damn thing but apparently no1 there can coz according to Nelisiwe I got charged again in October and I had stopped even using dstv that time...I called again November or Decembe to reconnect and was told all is sorted and I can even forget it existed but here we are...but funny thing they blaming namola but last month someone called to say I was disconnected while my baby was busy singing to cocomelon and she felt stupid and hung up and now they disconnected...they think we don't notice that lately they rush to disconnect coz they want those R50 ...I'm honestly fed up and really considering canceling permanently
